Do they come with the black on top of the bumper like that? I have seen one on a silver L and the end pieces where still silver as was the rest of the bumper...What did you guys have to do to get it to match up with the black inserts on the bed?

The top part is just painted. You can try to match it up with the side-step shades, kinda like Sal did. I just got it painted gloss black.

You can get them anywhere. I think www.stylinconcepts.com has them. I got it from a local Truck-n-America.
