whats wrong?!?

With just a chip, I ran a 13.9, that's at 3200 ft above sea level. I put on a 6# pulley, JDM chip, and MAC cold air, 26" ET streets, and gained a whopping .3 and .5 mph. WOW! What a waste of money! Is my chip not tuned right, or what's the matter.

Question

What was your 60' sparky ????

Also, how about temp & humidity numbers ??? Did you let the truck cool down or did you hot lap it ???

My 60' were at best a 1.9, most of them 2.0. I ran that with my F1's easing out of the hole because of no traction! I ran a 13.6 with it completely hot, and then let it sit for an hour, and couldn't break a 13.7. Pretty sad. The chip was ordered with the pulley, and was supposed to be tuned for the pulley. I doubt it, something is not right.
