Read the Directions again, it said: MOTOR MUST BE ICE COLD or Hub won't fit. Duuuuuuuu, (will you forgive me guys + girls) Like you never worked on a hot Motor.

Dial-Ur-Boost Upper pulley Installed on hub and done


All it needed was to be ICE COLD, and some big wrenches.

 

Don't you just love it when it is something that simple. Good luck with the new pulley.

 

Next time, or for anyone else for that matter, undo the 1 lil bolt holding your s/c coolant overflow tank on and pick it up and move it out of the way, so you will not have to worry about your tensioner arm bringing your bar up and smashing against your overflow.
