Crooked bed update

Well after it took my dealership 3 days to put a new foglight in they're saying that the truck needs to go to their body shop. Well seeing how I'm gonna be gone for 2 weeks in SD I won't be driving it. Well the advisor says he can't guarantee me that he'll have the truck done by then. WTF??? 3 days for a foglight and now possibly 3 weeks for the bed??????He said they had an f150 w/ a door problem in there for 3 weeks. He says he's not even sure if it will be covered under warranty. WHAT!!!Then goes on to say "well since you only have 5k on it it'll probably be covered." Probably?? So are you gonna pay my bill if it's not covered? I want a direct yes/no answer. What should I do guys??????

I'm no expert by ANY means, but I aligned my bed myself when I noticed it was out of alignment. May'be I'm missing something from another post, but if your bed is just crooked, it's really simple to fix. Before I go into any more detail, how badly is it misaligned? And FWIF, I'm not the only one whose encountered this problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes.

You need to elaborate on how severe your bed problem is, BUT-----Even if you did it yourself and took the time to get it perfect, it wouldn't take you more than an hour to straighten the bed!

I think the dealer is giving you a load of crap. Did you happen to check your mileage before and after the trip to the dealership??? Maybe they keep it longer because they're joy riding
