I'm not making money. These were taking during a public event and I believe the First Amendment will protect my rights here. I did not take pictures inside motor homes, bathrooms or private areas either.

 

Whats the big deal he was walking and his camera went off. Who cares dont know why anyone is complaining. If you dont wanna see the pics or think its wrong you dont have to read the Thread or look at them .

It is a public event. It is reasonable to assume that you picture maybe taken at a public event. In my case would I need the written permission of every pRO 5.0 Mustang driver at FFW before I post a picture of his $$$$$ car doing a burnout ???
The answer is NO

Does your city need your written permission to take your picture at Intersections or highways or ATM machines or the thousands of other activities that are recorded by camera these days ?

There is nothing lewd or innapropriate about those pictures. Any lewd or inappropriate references are in the mind of the beholder.

you prove what many have pointed out before ... What's right
in your mind is the only acceptable outcome ...I don't expect
to change your mind ... just try to respect someone elses

Try this ... What would you think if those were your
daughters? We aren't talking about a 2 sec shot on
NFL (which is copyrighted and protected from distribution)
but a permanent display on a publically accessable web site.

Wonder what all the women subscribers think of all of these
wonderful pictures of women that are obviously trying to avoid
being photographed ... hiding their faces with their hands means
all clear to publish huh?

To make a connection in your mind between candid photos of fully clothed women in a public setting to kiddie **** is more than a bit of a stretch. When you land back on this planet ask a direct question and Ill be happy to answer it.

Those kinds of images and threads here are VERY rare. The recent Lemonade thread was CLEARLY labeled. Since you find those kinds of images so offensive next time don't open the thread.

Keep on taking pics for us please. The 'men' on this board enjoy them and don't see them as pornographic in any way. Even open-minded women like to see pics that are tastefully done.

Don't let the 'negative few' influence your work that the overwhelming majority love!
