Nitrous gauge inside cab

I am looking to purchase an Autometer Phantom 2 1/16" nitrous pressure gauge. My question is, are you alowed to have this and is there any downfall to this. Asking this because I went to order it and the person I talked to said it may be a problem with the track officials.

I have an electric one because I wasn't sure about that same thing. Also easier to route the wires.

Who makes this gauge and do you have a pic?

Thanks for the help. Just have a question about your boost gauge. It looks like your L is on in the pic but the gauge is reading 0 (should be reading vac).

easterisland,

I just ordered the steering pod and an oil pressure gauge. I would like another gauge, like you have mounted next to it. How did you hook that up?

The steering gauge pod # is 15004 and the other pod I used was a 2204. Both are autometer parts. I screwed the 2204 into the side of the 15004 and drilled a hole into the 15004 for the wires. It looks good and I can see all of the dash gauges just fine.

The gauge wasn't hooked up when we started the motor the first time. It usually reads about 20 vac
