i was cruising down lyons ave one of the main streets in my town. so i was just cruisin and next thing i know some **** made a lane change right into in a CHEVY nova. the guy trys to run so crashed and all i catch up to him. he pulls over we both get out of our cars. me mad as hell... but kept it cool got the info and was set... he says he was swirving from a dog BS thats what it sounds like... well at least it wasnt my fault and i survived without a scratch now its up to insurance good thing he had some...sorry if this doesnt make sense just venting to much adrenaline at the moment

honestly i have no idea why i didnt pound this guy into the ground... i guess i was thinking i didnt want to make the incident any worse(avoiding lawsuits haha) well yah talked to the insurance company today hopefully it doesnt take to long... do i really have to pay the damn deductable even though it wasnt my fault. well i guess we'll see...

Deductible? I am sure you filed a [police report, and that
should assign liability unless you are in a no-fault state,
even then the other person's insutrance usually pays your
deductible....
