Has anyone experienced the following:

While Driving my 99 L, if cruising at highway speeds (60'ish) and I turn on the AC, nothing but warm air comes out. But, if I slow to either a stop or ~15MPH, the AC cranks out the cold. Even with the defroster on at 60+, no cold air.......

If I turn on the AC while stopped or going slow, it continues to work regardless of the speed. I can go back to highway speeds and enjoy the cool.....

The truck has done this for a long while, its just this past weekend when cruising back from VMP with the wife did it become an issue... She didn't accept that Jimi Hendrix on CD, with the windows down, cruising 95 North at 75MPH was air conditioning.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated...

Check the vacuum connections at the back of the Climate Control Panel. Also I dont know for certain but there may be a vacuum resevoir for the AC outside air/recirc door, if there is check it out as well. Good Luck!
