My Local Speed shop is offering something new or at least new to me.. They have a state of the art dyno, and they tell me now they have the computer program that will allow them to burn a chip according to your specific dyno numbers.... Is this a good way to do it...

Yes: It' s better to dyno-tune any L chip.
No: I wouldn't trust the tuning of someone who is not totally familiar with and who also has their own L. There is a L shop opening somewhere just north of Miami. Here is a link to info on that shop.
