Shipment/Delivery question
This thread may get locked/deleted or I may be banned for even mentioning this, but oh well...I'm just really curious. All I ask is that this not turn into a bashing thread, name calling thread, or anything like that...I just want some info and am trying to figure out what to do.
Have any of y'all that ordered JDM Silver Bullet systems (jet hot coated) on or after May 22, 2002 received them, yet? It has now been over 9 weeks since I placed my order and still haven't received the product. At first, it was "a week and a half out for the jet-hot," then it was "waiting on tips and thats it," and now I'm just getting tired of it all. The thing is, I KNOW that these are a quality product and I understand what Jim is going through. My only beef is that my card was charged before the item shipped and now I'm out 3 months worth of interest.
Regardless, like I said earlier, I'm just trying to find out if anyone that ordered coated long tubes in late May has received them recently...I just figure it's the best way to judge delivery time.

I don't consider this thread a bashing of JDM. I can certainly understand your frustration. I can think of no other way in which you could get the information you're requesting. I also think that said info certainly has value to those who have ordered or are considering ordering.

I can relate to that ..... I ordered some products from them a while back, and they bombed my credit card immediately, EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT have the products in stock. I ended up cancelling my order after a 3 weeks of false promises ... not neccesarily because I couldn't wait that long ... RATHER I was upset because I specifically asked them to hold off on charging me until the order was en' route. They complied with my request, but reality dictated that I was talkin' to a wall. I was pissed! Isn't this common sense anyway? It's too bad because the fact is that they have great products but there customer service skills are BACK-***-WERDS! HECK IT EVEN TOOK THEM about a month to refund my card ... I had to call my credit card company for the love of THE BIG G!!! Just my experience ... sorry if I offended anybody who is PRO-JDM ... there's just excuse for that kind of crappola!
