Bracket for airbox nameplate

Machined up a personalized bracket out of aluminium to fit the airbox nameplate. I will be mounting it back on
the frt. ctr. of engine compartment where I had it before only minus the ugly weather stripping that surrounded it.

Ahhhhhhh........much better !

Would you consider machining more of those for us less fortunate owners?

Thanks to all of you for the kind words.

As much as I would like to say yes to all of you, making the plate was not to cost effective if you know what I mean.
Between the 3d surfacing of the characters for cnc machining (makes for nice crisp engraving), machine time and a couple of hours worth of polishing, the darn thing took about 8 hours total.

Let me work on it a bit more to see where I could cut some time off and I'll let all of you know.
Would you guys go for a machined finish instead of polished ??

And to Vin : Im going to mount it central just behind the belt instruction sticker in the engine compartment. Also want to say that your truck is one Badazz truck, great looking ride.

Cya

Sweet, polished would be my first choice, but machined works too

If I can get 20 people interested in the bracket I will make them.
Leave your email address here and I will contact you with some particulars.

Thanks
