One friendly word of advice....

If this is really going through Ford or any outside schooling in conjunction with the dealer, make sure you stay on top of what you are supposed to be learning, and keep the outside company filled in on what the dealer is having you do. We had young kid start at the dealer I used to work at on the sponsorship program, and our service department started teaching him for about two weeks, and then they just made him do oil changes and wheel locks on lot cars until he finally quit.

If there are certain things you are supposed to be getting taught, MAKE SURE stay stick with the program.
