Question herbs washers?

I thought i seen a post pertaining to herbs washers price being cheaper?
also if you install the washers do you need to do a front end alignment afterwords?
i think i remember something about camber kit or something?

Any links or info appreciated my 01 @ 5800 miles is getting the squeak/clunk.

Hmm... clunk washers for cheaper? Check out this thread:

Clunk Washer Thread

I think clunk-fixing washers are big enough to warrant an alignment. But that's just me.

I'm not sure if the stock coils will need camber bolts. Most will put the camber bolts on when they install lowering coils so that stuff can be aligned properly. Either way, if you want some, check out your Napa Store - P/N 264-2953.

If you're gonna put on camber bolts, do it that same time you install clunk washers. If you are going to install drop coils, do it all at the same time... end goal should be to get away with just one alignment.

Damn, I guess the good 'ol capitalism really works after all. Were they $45 just a couple of weeks ago? I guess the price of metal must have dropped. I wonder if the profit just comes out to "lunch money."

Well I paid the $50, and bought the camber stuff, had it all installed, had the alighnment, and was told the washers did not fit, so they gave them back to me. I took the truck, it steered bad before i got home, took it back the next day and got it right.
Then the following week, the alignment goes out, and eats a tire, $330 plus ANOTHER alignment cause I MUST HAVE HIT SOMETHING. So I started with no clunk, and ended with no clunk, and i still don't have trick washers installed. And the guy does not have a clue when you tell him he has to REEF on that sucka.

Could be some SS ones coming out soon for lets say $25.00 or less, maybe $20.00

That's what I've heard.

Thanks you guys...

If thats the clunk issue, my dealer replaced a bushing and it solved the problem. Another dealer with a member on HALO working on my truck couldnt fix the clunk, weird.
