Hood liner

I'm not sure what its called but I just got a 2001 lightning with only 7k miles. I was looking it over and its perfect except i think its missing the hood liner. I'm sure someone here can tell me if theres supposed to be a liner on the bottom of the hood or not and maybe why mine would be missing? The reason I am thinking that its missing is cause the holes where it would of mounted all look like the snaps were pulled out of them. Thanks

jefflaws- I was susposed to take it in twice this past week, and it has rained every day!! I DONT drive mine in the rain period. So I have another appointment for Thursday. Whatever the problem is, it seems to be getting worse. At times it will idle ok, but for the most part its really rough. While in gear it idles rough also, but will idle smooth with just slight pressure on the accelerator. Can you idle these things up just a tad somehow? If ya dont mind, Id like to get your email in case I need to pick your brain for something. LOL! studduck66@aol.com

Thanks!
Rodney

Rodney, i took those email address off because when i got up this morning, both addresses had a bunch of virus emails sent to them. If anyone here added either of those addresses to their address book, please remove them for the time being, especially the buildabox.net address.

thanks
