Hi all, where is a good place to get chrome valvestem covers and caps?

Just go to your local parts store they all sell them.
They are a must on chrome wheels..those black stems look like chit sticking out of a nice clean chrome wheel.

Discount Tire Co. Ask for the chrome ones that are fastened thru the rim with a nut rather than being pulled thruough...they look really nice also. You don't see any black at the base if you use them.
