Needs to be on the internet somewhere... you then put the image link between "<IMG>" and "</IMG>" in a post EXCEPT USE [ and ] instead of < and >.
You can create a picture gallery here on f150 online to host a few pics...
example (I'm using <'s so that the image isn't actually posted)
<IMG>http://www.jfuchs.com/LIGHTNING/Dearborn/pond.jpg</IMG>
replace the < and > with [ and ] and it'll show the image... like this
