As far as where to get one....
Like Boostin said, it depends on where you are. If you are in the DFW area, go to DFW Camper Corral. I go to the one on Stemmons (Southeast corner of 635 and 35). Great bunch of guys there.
I know some guys here have ordered theirs to have them directly delivered to their home or even install it themselves.
