Hey all. Im having a heck of a time getting my interchangable lower pulley off. yeah the nuts stripped who could of guessed that? Then took out the 24" pipe wrench and got the cage and pulley off.

so now the question for all of you who have gotton the last piece off is how the heck did you?

P.S. were going to try heating it to see if we can break it loose that way cause i read it might work in another post about this.

Might be easier for a short term fix to buy/borrow a complete stock pulley setup.

Over 6 months ago I had the same problem with the JDM pulley. Called Jim and he said they had a special rig to turn the pulley off the spindle. He is a nice guy and trys to take care of the customer. However on this one I got screwed because even though it was pressed on correctly, the bearings went out. Sounded like an alternator going out. Had to get the Ford tech to cut it off. Now I hear Jim realizes it was a bad design. I was out a pulley I waited over 6 months for.
Like I said I think Jim trys his best and I bought the full meal deal hedears, cats and mufflers and tail pipes from him. I love them. But I still have a bad taste in my mouth from wasting money on first genration pulley. That is my problem and not Jim's. As I said he is a great guy.
