I tell you what, I bet it is atleast a 15 sec truck there. It feels pretty good for a V6!! I bet its only a 3 or 6lb unit on it though...

only 210 hp

Even with the SC they only make 210-230 hp. I drove one and was NOT impressed. Felt slower than a rental taurus I had recently.

The only reason it is supercharged is because they don't have a V8 to put into there trucks so they must put a blower on the V6 that they use in there cars.

9.3 0-60

I'd say more like low to mid 16s. I'll bet with some cash thrown at it, it might see 14s without to much trouble.

How dare you compare that to the Lightning! J/K, but that thing is nowhere near being related to the L. It's slower than my 4.2.

Wink

I can't believe you would dare make such a correlation. It seems like Nissan has gotten on the supercharging wagon as it's becoming the answer for a lot of stuff, such as the Frontier, and the new supercharged Xterra, which should be good for high 16, low 17 second runs. Unfortunately, with almost anything, the lack of cubic inches is going to ruin it's ability to be fast. You can continue to raise boost, and mod it, but there's going to be a limiting point. Is that the same Eaton Roots type M112 blower?

m90?

Could be mistaken, but I think it's an M90 like on the old thunderbird SC.
