Is it doing it with the driveshaft in or when It was out? The tranny lubricates the Yoke and seals up by the boot thats around it. Alittle fluid is normal, and if you started the truck with it out, you will get alot.... Drive it and see what you get....

Maybe some grit on the spline thats keeping the seal from making proper contact?
Pull the driveshaft and wipe down the spline with a clean rag, Hope thats all it is. Good Luck

You might have boogered up the tailshaft seal. Hopefully it is just dirty. Just like sex, never try and put it in dry. Make sure the shaft is lubed before you slip it in.

The tailshaft seal is more of just a "dust cover" really for the splashing fluid from the tailshaft seal, the only fluid back there is what feeds the tailshaft bushing. It may be possible you could have either damaged or knocked the tailshaft bushing out of whack.
