I just read on another thread that you had ignition problems because of taping a coil pack wire to get your tach signal for remote start. Could you please clarify because I have remote start on my "L" with a tap on the coil pack as well with no problem as of yet. Now I am worried! Please advise.

if you have had it on for a while without any problems you should be ok. make sure all exposed wire is covered by electrical tape. i think something shorted out because the guy who was doing the install wasnt the best if "y'all mean"(love saying that). dont worry!
