Thumbs up Finally!

I've been hounding MGW to make a license plate frame for the L. George finally got a prototype made and shot me an email with the picture. For you guys like me that have got some of MGW's other stuff, you know how well it is finished and I fully expect them to carry that thru with this one as well.

Now some of you guys can quit hounding me about the frame. j/k He said it's about to go to the platers so they should have some in a couple of weeks. Looks like I'll be adding more weight to the rear end now. I just tell myself it's for better traction. LOL

MGW makes some great products! I spoke to them at the Mod-Motor Shootout, and they were telling me about the new licence plate frame for the L, but I didn't realize how good it was actually going to look! I can't wait to get one!

I would guess it will be inline with the rest of his frames listed (Viper, Mustang) on his site. $60 for chrome, $50 for the satin and powercoated.

Corner...

Been waiting too for the chrome version.

Do you think it will conflict with/block the hole (spare tire lowering) to the left of the plate?

That plate looks nice! I wants one.

Bomeyer15:

Just remove the spare and you wont have to worry about it And you'll shave 60 pounds off the weight of your truck to boot

Unhappy

Jason,

I agree with that, but unfortunately I've had to use it more times than I care to remember (1 nail at work, 1 nail near airport, 1 sidewall failure on I-75)!

Just eye-balling the back of the L looks like it might cover the hole, so to speak.
