Expectations?
I currently have a K&N cone filter, and single blade throttle body.
I am going to be adding a chip, 4lb pulley, and valve body.
I am hoping to get into the 12s.
Will this get it done? If not, what else is necessary?

The chip and the pulley will get you into the 12's. I had a chip and a 2# pulley and made it! I just put on Nitto555R's in the rear to help with my traction problems from the 1-2 upshift under WOT.
You will surely have traction issues after your mods.
