After scanning the list, it appears many of you like metal. So do I, but it's rarely in the changer.

My current playlist:
LadySmith Black Mambazo
The Radiators
David Lindley
Gypsy Kings
Living Colour
Angelique Kidjo (replaced Nora Jones yesterday)

Question for sarmstrong806:
Years ago, I had an album by Jerry Jeff Walker and I'd love to replace it (a good friend took it - no big deal). One of the songs on it had "putting up sails against the wind" or something like that. I've been unable to locate it. By any chance do you know what song this is or album it's on.

Lists I found intriguing:
builtfordfast
sarmstrong806
Bubba Hyde
LIGHTNINROD
DR.D

I just went on a weekend road trip to Eastern Washington, and here's what I brought along in my 6-Disc changer. It's always an ordeal when you have 3000+ CDs to choose from;

1: Marillion - Anoraknophobia
2: White Buffalo - Live at the Kings Head
3: Transatlantic - Bridge Across Forever
4: Dream Theater - Metropolis 2: Scenes From a Memory
5: Marillion - Anorak in the UK Live CD 1
6: Marillion - Anorak in the UK Live CD 2

Yes, it was Marillion-heavy this time, but it looks like I am the only massive Marillion fan on this thread. Are there any other Marillion fans here??

I am from Bama, so naturally I can relate to this My class song in '93 was "Freebird".

I need to requote earlier what I said was in my changer. I stated "Drowning Pools - Bodies", but I also LOVE me some dance music such as Breakbeat, Trance, House...hell, I even love Eminem.

Later,
