Question Greasy fronts?

In the past, I've noticed some grease coming out from under my center caps on the front wheels. It was pretty obvious that it was being slung out while driving. Well, I finally had time to pull the wheels the other day and sure enough, there's grease coming out from the silver "caps." The driver's side isn't as bad as the passenger (looks like someone dropped a wheel on it...OUCH!), but they both leak grease. Question is, can I do anything about this, or should I just take it in and get them replaced? It shouldn't be hard to just pull 'em off and put some new ones on (unless there's anything hiding under them), should it? I just don't want to dirty up my nice, new wheels. Thanks.

Go to Napa and get 2 new dust caps. Pop the old ones off and with a rubber hammer lightly tap the new ones on.
