Whats the deal?

Not to bashing or anything. Im just extremly curious. Whats the deal w/ Lightning force performance and there electic fans. Mark, if your out there buddy ive called and emailed you a couple times and have gotten no response. I now you said that your waiting on someone to make the harnesses but we both know that it shouldnt take this long. Its been a month now and I still havent gotten the fan. I got the water pump that ive learned is pretty much useless to me (especially w/out the fan) because it is the same as the one ive already got in my truck. Im leaving my truck in the shop this week to have a bunch of stuff done(which I told you about) and I cant install the fans now. The only other thing ive gotten is a payment confirmation saying ive paid $566.00 and a a response saying That youll hook em up with sixty dollars of store credit or refund. I didnt want a refund at first but now. Just call me or respond to my w\ email.

I will make sure Mark sees this post. I am sure there is a legit reason for the holdup.

Cool Electric fans

It does take and has taken time to produce the harness LFP has designed. Anybody looking for or wanting our electric fan has been notified of our progress. We have completly redesigned our previous harness. From concept to production to test does take some time. All of which has been explained to anyone asking for a fan kit.
All those who have asked about our fan I have been nothing but upfront with about our harness. Some have opted to purchase our Flex-fan kit some have chose to wait, still other have chose to go elsewhere.
I will refund 100% of your money.

Mark/LFP

ANY TIME FRAME? Like I said before, Id prefer to just get the fans but is this gonna take 2wks longer or 2 months longer. Im extremly busy with 18hrs of college classes and running 3 jobsites (normally between 50 to 60hrs of work a week) and now having to go on this business trip (Which im really looking forward to getting away for a week). I know that I cant expect it for next week but when? You have had to been given a time frame. No business spends money w/out knowing how long it should take to see results. I will attempt to call you again tomarrow to work this out.

Dude, Not to flame ya or anything but if you read these boards regularly, you should know that waiting for parts is the name of the game. I had to wait a month and a half for something from a vendor because something was being remade or redesigned but I did get what I ordered and it was of higher quality then expected. And I am extremely happy with it. Patience is a virtue especially when waiting on parts. Peace!

Let me get this right, you have paid for this part and it hasn't even been shipped yet? Did you know that he was going to charge you before it shipped when you ordered it? If not, that is horse****. This is bad business in my opinion. Is he going to reimburse you of you intrest charges (if you paid by CC)? Is he going to take the money use it for his business and not pay you interest (a bank sure wouldn't loan money with out interest)?

If I am not on the right track I appologize, but, if I am I wouldn't ever do business with a company that runs this way.

You guys know that most of these companies are small businesses and the products are made to order. If you want to reserve a part you in many cases have to pay to reserve that spot... The same situation applies to ANY custom part from almost any vendor

That is what I was wondering if he knew this when he was purchasing the part. If so, than yeah definitely, he needs to wait it out. If not, then it's the vendors fault and he shouldn't have charged him yet.
