I just got my 02 L 2 days ago and most pictures i see of other lightnings are of them totall lighting up the rear tires. how are you getting it to move like that? holding brakes???

what is the best technique for 0-60 launches? i need to know for when some ricer gets next to me at a light.

I have been told that locking the Torque Converter up at
1100 is the best possible launch ... others go from idle ...

It's whatever works for you .....

 

Your guna need to take some air out of the tires.......... and i guess just play with your truck, Try different stuff you will get it.... Trust me i went threw 2 set's of back tires in about 2 months when i go the truck lol

 

It all depends on the track, or how sticky it is. I was able to bring the revs up to 1000 against the brakes and gently rolled on the gas. This gave me a 1.99 sixty foot.
