After initially contemplating the Volant unit (and noting problems with this installation in other threads), I finally got out the hole saw and went to it last weekend. Fifteen minutes later it was done.
Thing is, unlike some mods I've done to other vehicles, this one actually produced a definite S-O-T-P result. More supercharger whine: for sure. More boost? With that damn guage, who knows. But the truck (also for sure) is definitely "peppier" and seems quicker.
A cheap mod that's easy to do and seems to produce more HP.
