Angry My very first complaint about my L

I remember when Ford used to put the highbeam switch on the floor. This is my first Ford that has the Highbeam switch on the steering column and well my problem is that it is an absolute BICH getting my foot way up there to work the dang thing!! Does anyone make a mod to move the switch to a more foot accessable location?

I tied one of those ChIkEnEaRs factory shoelaces to my e-brake.. all i have to do is slam on the e-brake and you wouldn't believe how fast you forget about your stinkin high beams.....

this mod not for in-experienced drivers..done on wide open hiway...DON'T try this at home.....

Alright. When extactly did Ford stop putting the highbeam switch on the floor?

I remember my grandfather had a 70 something F250 and it had that. Man I loved that old hunk of rust! The floor panel by the passenger seat was so rusted you could stick your foot through it, if it wasn't for a thick floormat I probably would have fallen through

... ah memories

My 91 Bronco has the switch on the floor. It KICKED ***! Come to think of it, I wish the L was the same way. I think the floor dimmer switch changed with the body style in '93.

DUCK01 - Close but no cigar... I had a '92 Bronco and the dimmer was on the column with the turn signal... The bodystyle change was in '92 not '93...

Wow she is good. She prolly could work the domelight, highbeams, radio, and slide the rear glass open without taking her hands off of the wheel. Hell I bet she could go to the McDonalds drive up window pay, get her food and eat it without taking her hands off of the wheel.

You can't carjack her either. She'd roll down the window and kick the shiznit out of you and drive off shooting you the middle toe - hands never leaving the wheel.
