Silver L in Illinois
Hi Guys
Toady I was driving my FedEx truck south on I-57 in Illinois near Marion when I noticed a silver L passing me. I sped up beside the guy,honked,and waved. He waved back and eased on.
The truck had an aftermarket grill,chrome exhaust tips{with rumble},clear tails and an SVT license plate frame.
WAS THAT ONE OF YOU GUYS?

I thought I was the only L owner here but there are a few. The silver L was John Colyer from marion he's got a pretty bad a$$ truck for around here. I met the guy at Herrins cruize night a couple weeks ago.
All of us L owners need to get together and go to one of the cruise nights. John is on here but I don't know his screen name.
Let me know if you all want to do a cruize night together.

OMG guys i cant believe i just happen to have read this cruising through, that just happened to be me.
Was that you in the big rig Andy? i got a kick out of you waving...was very apparent that you knew what a lightning was...its very nice to have fans.

We should DEFINATELY go out and cruise sometime..if we get stares now what would it be like to see 3 different colored Ls driving down the street??

Yep that was me.
I just had a feeling that you would be on here.I live just outside of Memphis TN but I drive to Mt Vernon 5 days a week. When you drive as much as I do theres not much to do except look for cool cars{and trucks} and wait for women in short shorts to pass you.
I love silver L's and yours looked very mean easing up beside me.
Anyway Im off to Mt Vernon now. I'll keep an eye out for you.

Truck wash
Every time I try to wash the truck it rains. Plus if I go to the lake 4 days a week it doesn't leave much time for the truck not alone the wife.... hehe
But I will make time to wash the truck... gotta have your priorites straight.

Hey,
I may live way, way, way far away from you guys right now but next year we will be moving home to Illinois. Right now the Air Force tells me where to live but early next year we'll be moving back to Illinois and I can't wait to get together with fellow L owners. I am all by my lonesome up here. Talk to you guys next year.
