Stull Billit Grille Install help >>>

This thing is a big PITA . Anyone done a write up on this installation or take any pics? I would think it would take me 45 minutes tops because of the 300 screws you have to remove but it is apparently much more complicated that that for me.

So any write ups with some pics anywhere?

If you havent already figured it out, email me @ mets6986@aol.com and i will go into what we did to make it work. its entirely too complicated to go into here, and it involved me riding around without a lower grill for about a month

I haven't even begun the lower grille...still on the upper. I already cut the stock tabs from the bottom off....but how do you go about mounting the upper one and still making the fiberglass piece fit? I tried yesterday for about three hours and finally gave up and replaced it with the stock grille again

I'm unsure if I have the metal tabs mounted the right way or what...some pictures included in the instuctions would have sure been helpful.

Any insight you can give is appreciated.

I actually found that one....but it seems to be a different grille. At least mine looks different ...lol

I'm confused on where to mount the 4 silvers screws that they provided....and of course the instructions suck golf ***** through silly straws!!!

just click on the pictures to make them bigger...

even tho they may look different, it should be about the same to put them in...
