Got the calendar marked for the 27th. I hope to see everyone there. For those who do not know the area, we will meet up at the Wal-Mart parking lot in Dahlonega. I will see if I can get part of the parking lot reserved for us that Saturday if there will be a lot of people showing up. From the parking lot we will head out on HWY 19 north, which will take us up the mountain and onto Woody's Gap. There is a pull off at the top of the mountain for those who would like to have some pictures taken. From Woody's Gap, we will head into Suches, GA and stop at the store for some refreshments and such. We will then get onto Wolfpen Gap Road--a very fun road; and stop at Lake Winfield Scott for some pictures at the lake. We will leave there and go past Vogel State Park and take a left onto HW 129 and then a right onto GA 180. This will take us right past Brasstown Bald and onto Alt. 75. We will take a right onto 75 and head into Helen for lunch. After lunch we will depart and go down 75 and take a right onto 348. 348 has a nice pull off for some great pictures at the top of Black Mountain, plus the temp. should be about 10 degrees cooler with the elevation being almost 4000 ft. After the pictures, we will head down the mountain and take a left onto HWY 180 and another left onto 129. We will take 129 back to Turner's Corner and then head back into Dahlonega. This trip should take a while to complete, but it will be very fun and you will enjoy this. Try to bring your cameras with you. I will bring a Nikon Digi cam with a 3.2 pixel rating that can hold ~ 90 high quality pictures, so if you forget, I will be able to take some pictures and email them to you. I hope to see everyone up here on the 27th. Also, since this will be an SVTOA event, I should be able to get the pictures sent to be published in the SVT Enthusiast Magazine. If you are not a member, show up anyway because every SVT vehicle is welcome. I would like to see at least 15 Lightnings show up.
Wanted to post this over here for anybody that wants to go. Going to be fun.

Sounds like alot of fun. Wish I could participate but I am all the way down in S. FLA. I know exactly where you are traveling though. I have family in CLEVELAND. Maybe some time this summer I'll be up there to visit and the L's could do it again?
Nice scenery.
