Geez the last two months have been horrible. I have.....Blown a spark plug out of the head. Less then a week after I get it back the rear U-joint failed and the driveshaft when flying around under the truck. Then last night to top it all off some Azzhole(police say it was arson) sets my house on fire. The worst thing about it is that the house is property which I rent out and a great deal of my income comes from it. Oh and I was thinking of selling it for a while and finally decided to go ahead as I thought I would make some decent money. It went on the market yesterday. To top it off I signed a lease contract with someone the same day also. Go figure. Sorry to complain but I have nothing better to do right now. If anyone has had a bad time feel free to add to this post. Sorry again, -Mat-

 

Nothing really to add, but that does suck bad. I hope things get better for you.

I think I agree with the police, and I'd have the detectives look at the existing renters first.
