This afternoon I was on my way to LBI an 72 on my way to the island. I saw a black L going the opposite way, and I honked, but didnt notice a response, the driver appeared to be on their cel phone. Was this anyone from here? I am down on LBI a couple times a month during the summer, and will be down for the week of the 4th...maybe we could meet up and wreak havoc
