Has anyone tried running their L exhaust w/o cats? Any negative effects? Please let me know. Thanks

 

No power gains, loss of low rpm torque, and VERY VERY loud. I've custom ordered some catless Bassani mid pipes for customers, warned them how loud the truck would be, and then every one called back for the version with cats within two weeks .

Now I don't run cats on my truck, but my truck makes over 800 ft-lbs at the wheels, and with the nitrous low end torque isn't a problem. I still wouldn't suggest no cats for everyday nitrous trucks.
