trans question?

Hello, i have a 2000 Lightning with a PSP chip, PSP #4 pulley, 90 mass air, filter. Ah ya i'm 19 and really lucky.

I think my transmission is shifting wrong. I would like anyones imput on my problem. As I leave my drive way I push the throtle down about 1/4 of the way, so I barly boosting anything, it shifts fine from 1 to 2 and then from 2 to 3, but when it is in third gear at about 2400 rpms it seems to miss shift, I know it doesn't shift down or up, and then it is fine and then it shifts into 4.
Could my transmission be slipping?

All of your imput would be helpful. thanx.
sorry for the long post.

It's normal. It's the converter.

Tranny...

I have a new 2002 & mine does the exact same thing. Its like its supposed to shift and it doesn't. It really does not feel right, but everyone on here assured me that it was normal. Although it does not feel like it!
