Good question. BUT
I bought my L (99) as soon as they came out and I have a month of warranty left. Maybe you are still on warranty, take it to them if that's the case. Just tell them it doesn't feel right, or it will power out of the e brake at idle.

yeah bring it into the dealership and say your e brake is acting up and want it fixed.
on another note
how many people set their ebrake when they park? do you only do it when its necessary(you will roll if its not on)? Does always setting the ebrake when you park ware it out?
