I pulled my engine tore it down and am currently bolting it back together. Had a local shop do the machine work only a couple hundred bucks. Should save me a couple grand doing it all my self.

Well, I have two sets of traction bars. One on the truck and one in the back of the shop. I erased the plugs because I'm not sure what I'm going to use.

I bought this stuff almost a year ago. I still haven't used it on the Lightning yet, but plan on it.

I am using the Iridum Denso IT22 plugs and they are great (can get them at a good price Tommylightning@extremesvt.com

What head gaskets did you go with? Think at the end of the season the motor will come out again and will lock-wire the heads.

Stock head gaskets. Actually the engine is at the machine shop right now. The guy that ported the heads sent them to the wrong address which has delayed things a bit. Should be done by the end of the week. Fingers crossed. I'll probably use the BR7ef's.

I was using the BR7EFs and thought they were great. They are a cold plug and misfired at idle. The Denso plugs are the way to go. I was not a beliver until I used them.
