Question Lightning Tuner

Whats your opinion o front springs for my truck...I don't want to loose my 60' but want to drop the front down SLIGHTLY to compliment my 2" shackles!!!

James, do the springs, but leave the stock length shocks in. This way you still get full extension on launch.

James,

If you don't mind a softer front end ride the best springs I found for launching is a 97 F-150 6 cyl. with no A/C.
It drops the front end 1.5 inch to 13/4.
The springs are accually longer .
This will promote more front end lift.
You can accually add a bushing between the base of the shock and the washer to give one more inch of lift on launch when you use these springs.

I seem to recall Jim stating that's the spring setup he was using @ Ennis last year.
