ok, as some of you know by now, i sold my 4x4 sport and replaced it with a jeep. and i have to live with that everyday. but have no fear, i miss my truck a little too much. so i want another, and thought what the hell, i'll get an "L". i drove one once and, well, you all know. so, tips, pointers, what i should expect? any help would be great. and if any of ya'll might be sellin yours, drop me an email

well my old truck was white, but i sure like the silver. black is not an option in the heat of san antonio, and red doesnt do it for me. so silver. im not sure if im going to go new, but i dont like the idea of buying a high performance vehicle and not knowing what the previous owner actually did with it. im thinking an 01 is what i want. nice chip of the original price, but not long enough for someone to tear it up to bad.

 

Mine is silver and I don't regret getting that color at all. I have to agree with you on black in Texas. Black was my first choice, but I don't really want to mess with keeping it clean (or the heat issue). I don't have time to wax and wash my truck on a weekly basis like some of these guys do. I saw a white lightning on UTSA campus, and I thought the white looked sweet as well. Mine is all stock, and I will probably keep it that way scince it is my daily driver. Anyways, good luck with your search. I hope you find what you are looking for.
