Does anyone have any pictures of step by step installment of the FASTair system. What's the easiest way to do it, any tips are appreciated. Thanks.

Check out my webpage. I have some pics there, but I installed it a long time ago. If you need some special direction or questions just mail me.

Sorry, no pics but the directions are pretty easy to follow. The only thing that held me up was the actually cutting of the fenderwell for routing of one of the hoses. If you dont cut away enough its gonna touch your tire when you turn. And if you cut to much it'll look shotty. Just take your time and it'll go smoothly.

So a search and I think ICULOKN posted some pics awhile back.

Exclamation

My instructions(bot in Dec-01) said to install the MAF, adaptor, and eng.-to-box bracket after the box is attached to the tubes--in the eng. bay. I found it much easier(tried it both ways) to attach those pieces to the box while it was on my work bench and then to 'drop' the box(and those 'attachments') into its place and then attach the two tubes/clamps to the box.

NOTE: I found the tube clamps will/may loosen over time. Lot'a vibration goin' on down they'a(sic)! One of my tubes almost dropped off of the scoop. Just snug them up from time-to-time.
