Dan that is rediculous. Was it may to discourage the ricers from driving around constantly revving there fartpipes? Because I for one would not like to have one of those pass my house 3 times within 30 minutes.

Doesn't your state have Traffic school, or "Driver's Awareness Training" that gets the ticket tossed and no rate change for the insurance??? Easier than fighting it, cheaper too.

As I was telling him the traffic school taking tickets off your insurance report is a myth. My insurance went up after a ticket i got and I took traffic school for it, same thing happened to my brother. It all boils down to how often your insurance company checks your report.

Personally I would fight it cliff, worse case your still paying court costs in your ticket, thats why you have a 'court date' on your citation. Soo doesn't hurt if you have a DAY to do it. I promise it takes nearly 1/2 a day for them to get to ya. Pay that ticket and be done with it! =)..
