(O.T.) Some cool info about the '03 Cobra

A close friend of mine will be getting his in about 10 days now.

Anyhow we talked to someone who has a one for quite a while now and from what we hear Ford will be tuning the cars to the elevation that they are sold at.

We aren't sure what the required elelvation variance is for a change in tuning, but, I think its cool.

MCAS? Please excuse my ignorance. My friend doesn't tell me everything. He wants his vindication while the ink on the paperwork is still wet. You see he's got this Acura Integra Type R thats been my play toy for the last two years...First it was blower envy, then it was cube envy, now it is I who is light car envious.

No one up here in our circle of (street/drag insert adj. here) racers thinks that car is capable of mid-high 12s. Yet they saw my 5000 lb. truck consistently go 13.1's@104 with a chip and filter.

Damn, that was good. LOL. That was 2.5 years ago!

I'll be sure to post how the thing fares against the Lightning. First light is about 1/2 a block away...

I also heard that the computer has the ability to record the last highest RPM that the engine was ran at. I guess this can help them with coiding people's warranty.

Coming from you, I'll take that as a compliment.
