OK bear with me this is gonna take a few posts. I have alot of pics so if I missed something ask and I may have it.

Here are the brackets I made out of steel stock it was a 3' piece by 5/8" and I cut it into pieces and bent them to fit. Tapped and drilled them, then painted them flat black.

Here are pics of the hardware I used. I just went to Lowes and got a bag of 1/4" 20 aluminum bolts and self locking nuts. The first 2 pics are showing the bottom mount. It is just drilled through the shield on the fan then through the bottom of the shroud. The angles line up perfectly when you lay the fan in the shroud. The last picture shows the top of the stock shroud and all you can see from the engine compartment.

Here is a shot of the switch mounted under the dash. Also the relay mounted to the firewall and the inline fuse to the left of it. I used all 30amp "stuff" i.e. switch, relay, fuse, wiring.

Final thing, probably most important.

When you get the fan you will probably be like WTF!!!!! Since it is made to fit another automobile it has alot of extra plastic outside the fan guard. I used an air cut off saw and trimmed it all off then sanded the entire thing down until it was smooth. This ensured it would fit the way I wanted it (like up against the bottom of the stock shroud) and look very clean when done.

Hope this helps someone...LOL

I came up with it in my head........not rocket science really. Power comes from the solenoid goes through the fuse to the switch under the dash then through the relay to the fans. It is wired to a toggle switch......I wanted to be able to turn it on/off when ever I want, so I did not have to mess with all the A/C controls, water temp controls etc. I am the only one who drives my truck so I never worry about someone else forgetting to turn them on when it gets driven.

rocket science

yeah, it's not rocket science, but i'd drather have it working with the a/c and temp sensor as well as the toggle. That's how these tuners are getting what they get for these kits. You could do the wiring harness as well, which isn't rocket science but i'd drather have it look good, and wiring isn't my cup of tea.
