Depends on how much performance you want....

I went 12.50 @ 109 with a Chip/Filter/3lb lower/& plugs

 

I got into the high 12s with a 3 lb pulley(and other mods). I now drive daily with a 5 lb pulley and it's even quicker(see sig.). Check out f150online's vendors. They all sell pulleys.

4 pound is a nice round number... any more and you start to get nervous about the bottom end, any less and you end up with pulley-envy, a heinous and expensive proposition... (due to the cost of buying another pulley...)

 

Depends on how fast you wanna go, and how fast you wanna blow your engine.
