Question

What size cowl is that and who makes it? It doesnt look the same as my cervini's cowl and mine is 3 inches that one looks like maybe 3.5-4. Looks good though.

I believe Tim said it was a 3.5. Its made by Harwood Industries. Its a local business here in Tyler thank god, I may have to run down to their shop and get one for mine!! It is a nice looking hood Tim! Your hood may come up missing.......soon! LOL!

Harwood's website lists the hood as a 3"

$475.00 right now, later $510.00. Is that a good price? Mine looks great unpainted. I'm going to try and buff it and see what happens. See black is the best!

Actually, the Cervinis is a 2.5 inch riser..even though its listed as a 3 inch. The Harwood does look a bit higher than 3 inches, though. It may be that it is stays high longer down the hood rather than tapered like the cervinis, that adds to it bigger/badder appearance!

I sure wish I could get you the pics. I have pics of it painted now , but my camara keeps giving me 39000 bytes and I can't seem to get them down to 10000 without photo shop or a memory stick. I tryed for hours Monday. I might have to use Skankdog's.
