just got new muffler and decided to get some SS tips to go with it, I asked for some places to get them and the only place some guy gave me, the tips were like 300 dollars. Then Ill go on like summit racing and see a pair for about 50 to 75 dollars, but are just not like the lightnings shape, could I buy some short ones and then cut the stock ones and then weld them on? I know this might be confusing but some help would greatly be appreciated
