I had a set of aluminum heads on a really built 351 C. I worried about the plugs staying and helicoiled all 8 holes before I ever installed them. The helicoils won't blow out.

Good thing you got a warranty to cover the damage with the mods you have. Recomend you start checking plugs about every 3-6 months.

Ive had people tell me they had the same problem w/ no mods. And no I was not sraying the truck when it happened.I sold the NOS kit.I only ran it with the sray a couple of times. With no problems I might add.Except for dirty shorts(L.O.L)

Hey Nitrous63

I see you live in Coral Springs.............did you take it to Maroone Ford up on Copans Rd near you (formerly known as Mullinax Ford), or the Maroone Ford in Ft Lauderdale..............I bought my truck at the one on Copans, but get it serviced in Ft Lauderdale.........I know they are mod friendly (or so I've been told) at the one in Lauderdale because the shop foreman owns a Lightning (name is **** something). But I was wondering if the one on Copans is mod-friendly also.........

thanks,
JC
