Angry Truck Stalls!!!!

ok, just got my chip back and put it in the truck......truck starts (slowly) and 4 seconds later just dies.......then it only will stay running like 2 seconds, then, it won't even start.........WTF!!!!!!!!

took chip out....truck runs fine.......what the hell? all i have for perf mods is an air kit..........

HELP?

It could be the contacts. When I first put my chip it did just that, I found that the contacts needed more stuff removed so it would make a good conection. My .02.

Yeah, the contacts, the computer's not getting a good read.

Blowntruck, what do you have done to your truck that got you a 13.10? Thanks

JDM cold air Intake (90maf upgrade), flip chip. Borla cat-back. Don't know if line mod counts?

Take out your PCM and clean the contacts with some rubbing alchoal. Make sure all the contacts on both sides are dull and not shinny.

If that doens't fix your problem, call JL in the morning.

Also besure you dissconnect the battery when you do this....

that did the trick thanks guys

it musta got dust on it when i had it open and exposed for two weeks....works like a charm....only thing though, i must be running real rice b/c my stock exhaust now bubbles and it never did before......

?
