Oil Drain Pan location?

Hey guys,
I've got the L on the rhino ramps now getting ready to do my first oil change. Can someone tell me is this the picture of the oil pan and drain plug?

That looks like it, but it is kinda hard to tell from that picture.

Is that bolt over on the passenger side right under the motor??

Yeah, I assume that the pic is sideways. But you know about assuptions. Unless you changed your trany pan, I don't think it (the trany pan) has a plug. Some people swap to the F-250 4x4 pan for an extra quart and drain plug. That stands to reason that just about the only plug that could look like an oil plug would be the oil plug.

That's it, all right!

Takes about a 5/8" socket, if I remember back to this weekend.

HOw much did you pay for the ramps? Gonna have to get new ones for the L: current ones are too steep and would rub the front fascia.

Don't take this as a flame because it's not, but maybe until you learn some more about your truck you should leave the mods and maintenance to the mechanics. I mean and oil change is about as basic as it gets. Watch the guys that wrench on your truck and ask them questions. Read up on it and follow boards like this one. Once again this is no flame, I would just hate to see a fellow L owner do something wrong to his truck. Enough preaching for now.
